Projects

As of now, Rajasthan Prant runs 3 projects namely:

  1.  Anandalaya – This is a school supplementary education provided to deprived children. The basics of Science, Mathematics and Languages in a Play-way method. Now we have 5 Anandalayas in Rajasthan. 3 in Kota, 1 each in Ajmer and Bhilwara. The first Anandalaya in Prant was started in Bhilwara and we are proud to inform that the students who were participants in earlier batches are now handling Anandalaya as Karyakarta.
  2. Tailoring Training Unit – This is a small effort to provide skill training to women so that they can stand on their own feet and fulfil their family needs. Bhilwara started this project in 2010. 2 or 3 batches per year are acquiring the skill and also getting associated with kendra karya. The baby kits made by these trainees are supplied in the market through Kendra.
  3. Hindi Prakashan Vibhag – This is a part of VK Publications which takes care of all Hindi Publications to cater the needs of Hindi speaking people. This is operated from Jodhpur. Hindi Prankashan vibhag has published more than 75 titles so far on the subjects like Swami Vivekananda’s life and message, Yoga, Srimad Bhagavad Gita, Mananeeya Eknathji Ranade etc. HPV also publishes a monthly magazine named Kendra Bharati.
